We have the Lowrance XOG which works pretty well for all also.

Try Garmin nuvi 500 if they still have that model but you have to buy optional G-2 vision chip!

nuvi 550 is the newest model. water proof and it comes as an option on the can am outlander quads.so its built tough. getting one for my snowmobile and enduro bike.with the offroad chips.

I thought the 550 was the newer model also but the only info I can find is that the 550 was released in early 07 and the 500 in 08.

I found a new 500 on amazon for 239 add a ram atv mount for 30 a case for 10 and a bluechart for 124. I already have garmin topo maps on micro sd so I should be good to go for around 400. I plan to use it on my seadoo rxp, outlander 800r atv and whatever vehicle.
